I have noticed that when I try to change a customer's account details through Admin, the details are always pre-filled with the default Admin details (see screenshot), apart from the phone number, which is the customer's correct phone number. These default details are also pre-filled in the Account Registration page on the front-end.

This never used to happen and it is a pain when I want to manually change/update a customer's info on request. Any ideas what is going on?
Thank you

Well, ask your Browser about this, it has nothing to do with OpenCart directly,
but it's the consequence of a Browser saving all Site form entries, ever made on a Site linked.
You have to clear out everything, not required. And login data is also saved in the Cookie Section.

Hi,
thank you for the reply. I already have my cookies and browsing data set to be cleared automatically every time the browser is closed. I also use CCleaner to clean up the browsers. But I still always see these default inputs in my Admin panel, under customers accounts on a fresh re-load of the browser. Why doesn't it display the correct data that customers have added, their own names, address, etc? It seems to be overriding their data and filling the account info with the default inputs.
Thank you

Reset your browser settings in IE - > Internet Options - > Advanced - > Reset button. Restart your computer and see if the problem persists afterwards in IE and / or also on other browsers.

Also ensure to save your bookmarks before resetting IE.

Thats not his browser auto-filling the forms from memory guys. For whatever reason his php file is echoing out the details... probably just echoing out user_id 1.

First thing is disable all your extensions and see if the problem goes away.

If you can't track it down from there, you'll probably need a developer. I'd be happy to offer my services. RGBrewer@gmail.com :)
