Install New Theme.............

Hi,
Am trying to install opencart 2.3.0.2 theme. In the upload folder there are two folders, Catalog and Image. Documentation said to put in; "Once connected to your FTP where your Opencart store resides go to the root folder of Opencart. Upload all the content of HKM-leather folder(on left of the image below) to your OpenCart website's root folder (wherever Opencart was installed - on the right of the image below). If your FTP client asks for file overwrite click OK (if asked to Merge or Replace, select Merge), this will only add the new files to their corresponding directories without removing the old files. There is NO image below."

OK, I have installed the two folders in the website ROOT (website.com) and did nothing, I installed in Catalog - View - Theme and did nothing, I installed the two folders in public-html and did nothing. The theme is not showing in opencart settings - General - Theme, where the opencart Default is or in extension - themes.

Can anyone advise me on what I'm missing or NOT doing. This is a NEW Install. Computer Cache is clear and Cleaned the computer. Done NEW Install Twice to make sure it wasn't the opencart install.

Well, this is usually a simple task, just upload it as shown on the image below,
the content in the right window into the SHOP ROOT Section.
