I don't know what I have done wrong, but on my store the stock doesn't get updated after we get an order. As soon as a customer place an order and pay it (creditcard, paypal, etc.) the stock doesn't change. But it would be very important, that the stock gets updated/changed after the order status changed to "paid". I configured "paid" order status in the settings to in progress status. What can I do?

Check if your shop has a cache module if youre using journal and activated build in cache, it takes some time to reflect actual stock.
Second it might be your browser cache.
Check bij doing a succesfull sale, clear your browser cache and check if stock changed to correct number.
Chrome and firefaox are known to show old pages after a change till theyreload the new page with the changes.
