I'm trying to install the bitpay-opencard.ocmod.zip extension for opencart 2.2.0 it show's it's been successfully installed but the it's not showing up as an option in payments.

Contact the extension developer to resolve this issue.
The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
