Problem with shiping methods

Hello everyone
i have a problem with shiping methods
i defined free shipping when the order is 80 €. When the order is less from 64 € the methods is ok and when is 80 € and more the methods is until ok,but when the order is between 64,5 with 79 € my shipping method it isnt available.Please help me.I have 1.5.6.4 opencart and theme journal

As per my Knowledge The amount we are enter is consider as pound

so you have to convert 80 euro to gbp that is 71.06

So enter 71.06 And try

i did it this with tax 24% so is 64.51 € but i have this problem

Just enter the 70.96 Number Only and are you select the euro currency from the top in front add and check let me know what happen
