im looking for a plugin that will allow the customer to have a button on there recent orders to confirm items received, and want it to change the order status to complete.
also if the customer did not sign up and paid as guest i want it so they can confirm there items received in a email.
say for example if a guessed or a member pays for there goods and its not tracking goods, after 20-30 days it will send them an email asking 'Was you happy with your order, you can confirm your goods here - Link '
i have had a look on the marketplace but no look.

For me it's an excessive feature. If customer receives a package - good, if he doesn't - he will write or call you himself, I can guarantee. No need to bother people with unnecessary notifications and actions. Guess most store owners understand it and this is why there's no such feature - nobody need it.
So the only option for you, I'm afraid, ask some developer for a custom job.
