How do I add a datasheet (pdf) to a product? 2.2.0

Please bear with me english is my third language,

I need to add one or more datasheets in PDF format to the products, so potential customers can download and read the specs _before_ buying the items.

I uploaded the pdf file in the downloads section, and then attached it to the product in product -> links -> downloads.

But the file does not appear in the product page.

Im using a fresh 2.2 install with no addons and the default template.

Adding to the downloads section will only have the file downloadable when the customer purchase the product.

I use this extention. It allows users to download pdf files etc without log in or purchase.

Totally unrelated to this post. I'm interested to know which extension you use for your product tabs in the above website link? Trying to find something like that.
