Update Product Image in Opencart 2.3.0.2

Hi,
I'm using Opencart 2.3.0.2 and uploaded an image titled "abs.png" (for example).
Suppose I change the dimensions or improve the quality of the image somehow and now want to update the image on the website, but want to keep the same name of the image so that I don't have to re-select the image for the product again, and can just upload the new image via the FTP and the product would automatically reflect this new image as the path would be the same. Is that possible?
