Untidy credit card form

I've just enabled Credit Card processing on my site and it works well but the form is a little ugly.

First of all, is this the same for everyone else? I've made no changes to the code and if this is the default layout then it seems like it's a minor bug that needs fixing. Opencart 2.3.0.2.

Secondly, can anyone tell me which file i need to modify in order to correct this and what I need to do to get both the month and year fields for both FROM and EXPIRY date fields on the same line.

This is just the PayPal Pro payment module. Nothing unusual.
