We have a strange issue the suddenly appeared.
Opencart 2.1.0.2
Journal Theme
We noticed broken image links on the front end.
Then we noticed they also show up broken in the image editor
We contacted our host who told us the issue appears to be because there is an extra "//" in the image cache URL
For example:
https://www.xxxxxxxxxxxx.com/image/cache//catalog/banners/banner-250x167.jpg
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (OK)
How does that happen?
Journal had a bad bug, and updated their themes. Make sure, to use the fixed release.
And it's funny, that you have this problem, in another topic, the guy has some similar problem,
related to some porn-link insert hack. Better check on it too:

Just updated Journal and the problem persists.
Waiting on them to respond.
