Fatal error after upgrade to 2.3.0.2

Hi,

I follow this guide http://docs.opencart.com/upgrading/

After I click "Continue", I got this errors:

Any idea how to fix it? I have back up which I can roll back to, but it's not the point. I want to be able to fix the error

well, if you would have checked on the images on this unfamous UPGRADE Info, you would have found out,
that this is a long overdue 1.5 to 1.5 upgrade information, and has nothing to do with v.2 !

I understand. However, that's the only guide I could find regarding upgrading. I thought that after 1.5 the process would be similar. I looked through this forum and find some instruction to upgrade, and it's basically the same with the guide.

Anyone have a good guide on how to upgrade from 2.0 to 2.3.0.2?
