apply pp_express locale settings.

Hi,

I am currently using Opencart v 2.3.0.2 and I would like to set the locale settings on the paypal express payment page, but I don't see any settings for it.
I do not mind modifying the codes if required, could anyone shed some light on this please?

Just in case someone is looking for some temporary answers you can go to
catalog\controller\extension\payment path and modify this file : pp_express.php

search for 'localecode' and change 'EN' to whatever the value you want eg) 'ES' for spanish.

I hope this comes in as a feature in the admin in the future.
