Are your FTP and API settings correct in the admin?

I'm having this issue as well in 2.3.0.2.
New orders will not show in either the customer history or in the admin dashboard under orders.
I've checked both my FTP and API settings and all looks right.

Me too I posted a ticket for this a few day ago and no replies. If you do a search you will probably find them in "missing" that is where mine ended up, also no order shows up in the Customers cart. The missing orders were marked as "cancelled" when you change that to Processing it then appears in Orders.
But still no fix found for this problem.
