How change the phone of checkout

I encounter a strange problem.
Trying to change the name of the "phone"to "cell phone" in point, checkout "guest.php" + "register.php"
I have changed all the files from the language which is stated on the "phone" and still writes "phone"

is crazy ..

have you gone into extensions/modifications and clicked the refresh button after making changes
