I must delete all products except products in one category (there is 3000 products in 50 categories at all). Is there any idea how to delete all products from all categories except one. ? Directly in php my admin or another way. Thanks
You have to do it through the Admin interface. You could set the status of the products that you don't want to delete to "disabled", filter the "enabled" products and delete them.
Alternatively, you can use PHPMyAdmin, but you have to make sure you know what you are doing or you will destroy the database.

The best way to do this is directly in database editor like PHPMYAdmin. The query is a bit complext though.
