Reorder button has only one condition: product must be available. So I assume your product is just out of stock or even was deleted.

Product info is not returned anyway, even if it's in stock. If you can read MySQL queries, open model/catalog/product.php and look for getProduct() function. It might give you an idea, what exactly is missing.
