HELP! Reset Top administrator permission

I was supposed to press select all permissions, but I pressed unselect all on the Top Administrator permissions, and I can now no longer do anything.

I've traipsed through the internet to find resolve, and tried following simple instrucitons (I'm oblivious to using phpmyadmin) so I'm unsure if I'm doing it right.

Can anyone tell me what I need to change the value of Top Administrator permissions to, to restore default permissions?
