Hello

I'm working with a company that sells cigars.
Right now we use OC 1.5.6.2, but we are looking to update to the latest version in a few months.
We want to know if there is a way to tie different product options stock value to the stock value in the data tab.

For example:
We sell a cigar as a single, 5-count and 25-count box.
If we have four boxes in total we want to set the stock value in the data tab to be 100 (the number of total cigars in stock) and when we sell a 25-count box we want the data tab stock value to be lowered by 25 and if we sell a 5-count we want the value to be lowered by 5.

Is there any way to accomplish this?

Kind regards
David

Well, better don't even try to make somebody eager to think about this, if you mention, that you
plan to change Versions anyway. :D :D
No offense, please ! ;)

I think the options tab/quantity should deduct from stock but i am not sure how to get it to work correctly.
have you figured this out as of yet?

You could setup quantity discounts for your product but the options tab needs to be figured out.
