Missing orders

Hi,

In Orders- missing orders status appear a list of orders not complited an very offen no name of customer.
How can improve it to have less missing orders? maybe sending a message to them? but only have ip address of them
May it be a problem with pay method for them appearing in mising orders?

If you see a missing order with blank name and email id it means that customer didn't enter those details on check out page. Generally it happens with the Guest customers.

We recommend you to use Opencart Abandoned cart module to be able to track email id of all such customers and send them emails automatically. With this suggested module, you will also be able to send mail with discount coupon.
