I have a live site stored locally where I'm creating a site to push live soon. I also have a test site on my server. Both are working fine.

I created a backup from a local install of OC 2.3.0.2. from System/Tools/Backup
Imported into a live test version of OC 2.3.0.2. using System/Tools/Backup

The import fails with the error message: "Warning: The file you uploaded was empty!" It certainly isn't empty as it's 39Mb in size.

In the Error Log I have:
2016-08-25 15:02:36 - PHP Notice: Undefined index: import in /home/xxx/public_html/support/system/storage/modification/admin/controller/tool/backup.php on line 19

Any ideas how to fix this?

Are you using the Extension installer or the import/export under 'Tools'? I have run into the same issue with the extension installer and it turned out to be the wrong paths in the DIR section. You may want to upload the attached file to the location of your install to verify that you have the correct path. Make sure you remove this file as soon as you have the information from it.
