problem of theme installation

I downloaded the theme:
http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... &order=ASC

I copied and replaced theme files to the root opencart directory. Also I made sure opencart version and theme version are the same. But if I open admin panel (System -> Settings -> [Edit] -> General -> Theme) to switch default theme I see just default theme in themes list.

I use local server (xampp), so I have no link to hosting.

Theme version: 2.3.0.2

Have you tried going into extensions/extensions then choose theme from the dropdown box, edit the theme and in the general part you should be able to choose new theme from Theme Directory dropdown

yes, I tried. When I go into extensions/extensions I choosed Themes in dropdown box. In the brackets I saw just number 1:
"Themes (1)". When I clicked I saw just the default theme

Make sure you have uploaded theme files in correct folder (Catalog/view/theme/theme files)

I see in guide of this extension, you can log in OpenCrt admin at Admin -> Extensions -> Themes -> Edit -> Theme Directory. However, it supports for OpenCart 2.2.x.x. Your version is 2.3.0.2. Is it true? You should contact directly to the provider. On the other hand, I suggest, but it is not smart, you can install other theme. After that, you install the theme you want again.
