Canada is FREE Shipping now

When you checkout from canada the shipping is free.
The Field in USPS shipping Module (Display Delivery Time:) shows as $0.00 during checkout.

USPS rate request format changed for Canada slightly, so you'll either need to get a commercial extension like USPS Pro (www.opencartx.com/usps-pro), or make some of the edits detailed in these topics:
