Automatic Capture Amazon Payments 2.3.0.2

I seem to be fighting with this payment extension.. it wasn't applying VAT in 2.0.2.0 and now in 2.3.0.2 vat works but automatic capture 'shipping' status doesn't work meaning I have to capture every payment manually.

If anyone has any suggestions - would be great
