Open Cart 2.3 Import/Export not importing filters

I am using Opencart 2.3.0.2 and installed the import/export extension below. It seems to be working well except that it will only import/update filters from the first group I created. It will not add any filters to categories from other filter groups. Can anyone help me fix this?
