Missing "PayPal express checkout" and "Free checkout" ext

Greetings!

We are using OpenCart Version 2.3.0.2 in our website, and recently we migrated servers. I don't know if that can be the root of the problem, but today while making a test order no payment options showed up on the checkout. After checking the Payments tab under the Extensions menu, I found that both "PayPal express checkout" and "Free checkout" (for 0 euros purchases, in case one of our customers might use a coupon) are missing from the list. A week ago they were up and running smoothly.

Any ideas? I'm completely lost. Thanks!
