I am facing issue with plugin, while export the products it gives the error..
Undefined offset: 0
×Getting messages - what is this ?
I tried to contact hosting provider they said this :
The error which you are seeing is due to the connectivity issue of MHCCORP.COM. When you press the EXPORT button, the script is trying to connect with MHCCORP.COM and fails, it cause the 504 Gateway Time-out error as per the server logs.

Hey, I've installed this extension on a fresh 2.3.0.2 install of opencart, but it isn't showing up in the back end.
I have rebuild the cache by refreshing and checked the permission tab but it isn't showing up there either.

Just to repeat it (I get this kind of enquiry almost every day): This is an Opencart installer issue, not an Export/Import issue! To fix Just add the last directory of your base url of the webserver in the ftp settings.

I like this extension. I have been using it for 1 year. Today I installed the latest 3.5 to my OC2.0.3.1 system. It works almost fine. When I start Customers export it makes the xls file perfectly but I get an error message in error log:
"SELECT a.*, c.name AS country, z.name AS zone, (cu.address_id=a.address_id) AS 'default' FROM 'address' a INNER JOIN 'country' c ON C.COUNTRY_ID=A.COUNTRY_ID LEFT JOIN 'zone' z ON z.country_id AND z.zone_id INNER JOIN 'customer' cu ON cu.customer_id WHERE a.customer_id BETWEEN 1 AND 760 ORDER BY a.customer_id ASC, a.address_id ASC;"
What can cause this error log?

How can I doing import without overwriting field "description"?
I have this problem, because description of products i'm writing manually in OC admin, but the rest of data - is automatically generated from my CRM (sku, prices, stocks and so on)...
So, when i'm doing import - my descriptions was overwrited with empty values(((
