-Set in the admin > products the filter default on Enabled. So you don't see any old/disabled products.
-Default hide empty categories and brands from the front-end.
-menu editor > so you can add external links to the main/header menu, add information page to menu
-simple theme editor (choose default color set, add bg, add colours, CSS editor)
-seo link per language

I think a new version must have the following features:

1. Category and sub category images
2. Live option price with real price and not + price
3. Zoom image when viewing a product
4. Option in admin to turn off/on 'See all components'' in menu
5. Option in admin to turn off/on description of a product and show only when you enter a product

I always used opencart, but now i am going to use another cart that has these features that i think are essential. I hope Opencart can manage to do these changes so i can come back and continue to use this cart in my online shop.

My best regards

Automated filters....

Set-up filters on:
price
manufacturer
and search string

Filters take too much to set up and for product updates you have to do more updates for filters. THEN if you use the free import/export tool it wipes out the filter.

Thank you for listening.

1 is built into opencart, though not used in the default template. Just use a template that includes them (like default2 by qahar), or edit your category template to show them.

2. Available in several mods including options to products and options boost.

3. Available easily with a mod.

4. Not sure what you mean by this one.

5. You can edit the template and remove any of the descriptions from showing in about 5 seconds.

Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

I just found a little Glitch, when testing my OC2-to-1.5 Theme, and as it looks, the same problem exists in the official v.2.x Demo Shop as well. One cannot see the Product Quantity, ordered, in the Checkout / Cart Section, in small Smartphone Resolutions. The solution can be found on the image below.

Just to mention this!

Update;
I made a VqMod, to solve this in my OC v.2.2:

I change it to style="width: 100px;" , still can't work normal.

Just try this VqMod, to solve your problem, 100px does not solve it!

One of the biggest challenges for me is to add menu item by editing the core code. I mean this is really basic and many of us would agree that this is becoming quite difficult even in 2.0. I request to give us a drag and drop option to add menu item in the new update. It will really help someone like me who manages front end of the web application.

Whoever decided on setting the OC Extension Section MIN FULL SCREEN WIDTH to a minimum of just about 1380 Pixels, did not realize, that the Majority of Visitors will no longer be satisfied with, what they see and find...
because, they don't work on large screen TV's yet !!

Opencart is great. I have a suggestion about marketplace though. Can you consider adding something like wish list in the marketplace? Sometimes I want to save for later extensions that I may not be able to get at the moment, but i have to search all over again when i want to find them

well, possibly, someone would be able to explain, why this Extension cannot be found, when I try to search for it in the unfamous new OC Extension Section, by looking for:
integrated VqMod
---
Integrated VQmod for OpenCart 2
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=19501
---
Is it possibly on purpose, or just by accident ?! :'( :'(
