Extension for multilingual SEO and batch import / export

Hello,

I would be interested in getting an extension for multilingual SEO, including SEO friendly URLs per language, along with metat title, description and keyword for each language.

And I would like to batch export / import all the products, categories, .... using csv or excel sheet, that includes all the multilingual SEO fields.

Anyone knows if such an extension exists for OC 2.0.1.1 / OCMOD ?
