Category and product list disappear / Export/Import Tool

Hello,

I install extension, Export/Import Tool (V2.29) for OpenCart 2.x

I have export/import few times and no problem. But suddenly I notice that category and product list in back end has disappear. Everything is normal in front end.

I can still export/import normally and chances can be seen in the front end.

Do anyone have idea what have happen and how to fix that problem?

Hi,

We are using opencart-2-x-export-import-multilingual-3-3.ocmod.zip and suddenly it stopped working with out any error.

It always shows data imported successfully but when we check on the back end and front end data is not found.

Check every error logs but there is no trace of any thing. Kindly help us in this.

Opencart 2.2 store is used.

Any help is appreciated.
