We paid for 2 modules to opencart! They have the money!
Now they restricted our account and we didnt get the paid modules!!

If you do not have access to the downloads, the payments probably did not pass automatic fraud checks on their end, and need further verification. You'll need to wait for the OpenCart team's reply, to see what they say about it.
Rest assured, they're not going to keep your money and not give you access to the extensions. You just need to be patient about finding out what's going on.
