Contact Us returns with error codes after install a module

Hello,

I have problem with Contact Us mailform returns error codes page after installing an extension. It seems the module overriding my OC admin folder. (I'm using OC v2.2.0 with vqmod)

I deleted the module file from vqmod folder, still no luck. How can I fix it to recover Contact Us functionality?
