Hi,
We manage a religious service opencart site. We are looking for an extension orcustom made extension to streamline our process.

Our current process is:
1. client purchases a service package
2. System sends out a notification email
3. We forward the order to the team who performs the religious ritual(through email)
4. The team sends us back with proof of service (photos) (through email)
5. We create a certification with the proof photos and detailed info and send it to client (through email)
6. Accounting manually enter the numbers

We want to eliminate some of the steps in the process. Our desired process would be:

1. client purchases a service package
2. System sends out a notification emails (order receipt)to accounting and client (which open art already has) and another email to the service team with limited information excluding client's personal info and amount.
3. The team will have a place to upload proof photos and check the order status as completed.
4. System will create an automated PDF certificate using the data the team input as per thinput plate design.
5. The system will send the certificate to client.

Additional
6. The system will create payment reports for the team service fees and other costs.
7. The report should be manageable monthly and print out as a payable to the service team.
8. Accounting summary including the cost breakdowns, tax, net profit etc.
