how can i resolve the "Warning: Division by zero" error in vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_controller_product_manufacturer.php on line 232 and vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_controller_product_category.php on line 197?

Had a look at the other problem you posted. That looked like a problem vQmod extension causing the problem or the modules page not loading in admin. Modules and vQmod extensions are not the same thing.
One of your vQmod XML files is probably causing the problem with modification it makes to the catalog/controller/product/category.php file. You need to work out which one.
