Printing & Embroidery Module

Hi

I am currently putting together a site for one of my customers in the sports and leisure printing and embroidery industry. I need a section like the link below so the customer can customise their garment just as they go to checkout. I have managed to add options to to the individual products, but my customer wants it at the end because the customer may order several products from different sections, then at the end customise them all together.

Why not check the Extension Section, some of that stuff exists. The only problem is, that such Sites, as I have seen them, would have a hard time to function, 'well done', in responsive format, most are not even capable to, in this 'kind' of technicaly 'massive' concentrated layout.
If you know, what I'm trying to say...
