Hello,

I am facing this error in my opencart store version 2.1.0.2.
Whenever anyone tries to register at my store, they get an error "Server Error 500" after submitting the details.
My store url is www.stayhome.co.in .
I have checked htacess file as well seems like it is correct. Also uploaded all original files again. Still the problem persist.
May be it is something related with customer.php file.
Please Please Please help me.
Thanks in advance

First of all, you need to enable displaying the error instead of just giving useless 500 error.

Forget complex and inconvenient stock Categories and Products in OpenCart - use Acute Category Manager +!

Do you have a backup?

There will be more detailed log entries in your server's error_log for your 500 Error, ask your webhost for them. Without them, we won't be able to help you.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

The problem is resolved.
I was checking the error log of opencart instead of the server's error log, sometimes my mind doesn't work properly, but thanks to @JNeuhoff for suggesting me to check server log. And it turns out a useless extension was causing this problem. I have uninstalled it and ta-da it's working fine now.

Thank you all for helping me out.
God bless all of you.
