multilingual import/export urgent help [needed Uploaded spre

hi developer and thanks for great job

i am using bilingual (Eng+Persian)OC 2.2
when i try to import i got:

Uploaded spreadsheet file has validation errors!
See also 'System > Tools > Error Logs' for more details.

there was a previous error using a trailing white space, after that i am just getting this error and no error log
i need to solve this badly

any help would be much much appreciated
