Amazon payments install

Hi,

I'm getting an error when trying to install the Amazon payments module. (Version 2.0.1.1)

Line 22 is: This means no data is sent from form when you press save

This is the error when I press the "install" button for the extension in the admin.

Possibly I need to re-upload some of the files related to the extension?

Also - When I go back to the admin and into "edit" the Amazon payment extension it shows all the fields to set up the extension but USA is missing from the drop down of Amazon Marketplaces.

Possibly the error relates to some part of the extension related to the US marketplace?
