Can anyone help?
We are unable to bulk edit weight in product manager if the weight is less than 1.00kg - so for example if we put a weight of .300g it will not change the weights on the products, but if we put 1.0 or 2.0 it does. Using Product Manager v 2.4.1 - thanks!
First, I'd make sure that you've updated to the latest version of the extension that is compatible with your OpenCart version. That can often solve issues if you're running old versions of an extension. (Of course, make a backup of the old files and your database first, just in case something goes wrong.)
If that doesn't work, unfortunately it's unlikely anyone here will be able to help with a commercial extension. You should contact the extension developer for support, and if they're unable or unwilling to help, you might consider hiring someone to take a look for you.
