When I click on edit, reload or code editor I get an error

Hi,

After I installed "apply button" and "bug fixes" extension, I get this error every time I want to edit my store, open code editor or reload the extension cache. Here is the error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ModelSettingSetting::getLastInsertID() in /home/.../system/storage/modification/admin/model/setting/setting.php on line 15
I have removed the "apply button" and "bug fixes" extension but nothing has changed. Still unable to reload or edit my store.
Can someone help me to resolve the issue? Thank you!
