PayPal Payflow Pro Recurring Payments Support

Description: When a product includes recurring payment profile, no payment option is presented at checkout. When a product does not, everything works fine. The OC's OC PayPal Payflow Pro extension is enabled and Payflow Pro & Recurring Billing active at PayPal. Been unable to find any threads, support or extensions for 2.x or above in this regard. Anyone tackle this yet or know of a 3rd party solution?
