Minimum of total order needed

I want to start a wenshop with videogames.
My idea is that, there is a week deal. But to succeed the weekdeal there has to be an minimum order of 10 pcs.
So i need an extension who count the total of orders, and when the amount of orders is 10, then people have to pay and wil the product be shipped.

How know's somekind of extension or something that i can use for this?

My Restrict Checkout extension can restrict the checkout based on the number of past orders a customer has. Note that it does not count *products* within those orders, but only the number of orders (or the total $ of the orders).
