Extension to keep a note link

Hello. my eshop is dropshipping items from china. Is there any extension or something so when i add a product to have a note visible to me only with the link of the aliexpress or ebay url of the product or something else to make this work easier?

Something like those, I assume, unfortunately, to first on is only for v.1.5.x, but you may
be able to 'upwrite' it to match your Version.
