I'm on OC version 2.1.0.1. I have the Paypal express module set up, and it's accepting payments just fine.
One issue - the shipping and sales tax are getting imported into Paypal as inventory items rather than as sales tax and shipping charges.
They should be sent to Paypal using the correct API codes so that they show up on the Paypal site as shipping and sales tax, not as inventory line items. This causes problem as it then feeds the new items into our shipping software.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

OK I hired someone on Upwork and they fixed this issue for me perfectly by writing a VQMod file that changes the way the controller handles the Paypal payment. It now works perfectly.
If anyone else encounters this and needs it fixed, PM me and I'll send you his contact info.
He's a good guy and did good work for me at a fair price.
I won't be posting the code here or anywhere, as that's a bit unethical.
He's entitled to make a few bucks. It's money well spent if you need the Paypal payment to feed properly into ShipStation, ShipRush, etc.
