Force to registration page

I'm using opencart 2.0.3.1
Just upgraded from 1.5 with a lot of difficulties but everything (almost) works now.

To get more customer information I am looking for a extention that does following things:

example: www.vente-exclusive.com

* When entering the website you get a lightbox that oblige you to register first. You cannot close the lightbox
* Facebook login should be possible
* Google indexes all the product pages, but when surfing to a direct link/url the lightbox shows up
* Confirmation mail with control link
