No admin panel homepage and admin url look the same?

When i go to my website admin url it just shows the same thing on my homepage?

http://www.mywebsite/and http://www.mywebsite/admin/ look the same. Thoughts?

are your config files setup correctly? and is the index.php file correct?

Thanks for the response and i had an issue upgrading and restored and this is what i have. What do i need to check in the index file? Or Is there a way to just put a default index file? I am not sure where to go from here or where to look.

Just put the default index.php file from a fresh copy of OpenCart. Also check to make sure that your config.php files are not the same in the root and admin locations.

I did and i appreciate it. That wasn't the problem but it did help me to go back and relook at what happened. It duplicated the admin folder twice, so it was nested too far below. Thanks all for the input and help!
