Sometimes an order made using Paypal as a payment option gets stuck in a pending mode instead of Complete. Since I sell digital products, my customers expect to get a download link directly, and in most cases they will. But, sometimes an order gets the status "Pending" and the customer doesn't get the link.
Under what circumstances can an order get the pending status instead of completed?
