Opencart 2.0.1.1 - Product Options not showing on invoice

The right price is charged to the customer but the actual selected option is not showing - field is mandatory, radio control and additional charge is added. However invoice and admin just shows the name of the option title with a colon and nothing after it so looks like no option selected.

Anyone have options on their oc2 products?

It seems to be only not showing for orders placed using paypal express button. Here is a summary of the error if anyone knows what do to with them - I've also submitted it as a potential bug.

When using PayPal Express as a payment - it doesn't send the Product Options in the Email Invoice or in the Admin Orders Section. Shipping method is used is FREE Shipping. Product Options used are radio buttons - mandatory field.

The Product Option title is displayed but the value is not sent across. Also the paypal express confirmation page is showing errors on the following page:

Errors displayed on the formatted page:

Notice: Undefined index: option_value in /catalog/controller/payment/pp_express.php on line 465

Once Confirm Order is pressed on the above page the following error is displayed on the following page (no formatting, just error on this page):

ive got the exact same problem with 2.0.1.1 using paypal express, no options info is showing in admin>order history or email. please can someone help, thanks.

I have this same issue running Opencart 2.0.2.0. The products list in the invoice but their options disappear from the invoice when the last stock item is purchased. If I put positive stock levels for the options back in place and then edit the order and save it then the option again reappear. Has anybody been able to fix this issue. Desperate for a solution as I have many customers using this and it is costing time and energy to work through each time.

I am having the same problem after updating from OC 1.5.1 to 2.1.3 :
No product option appear on the invoice, nor in the order description in the admin..

Is there anyone who can help please ?

After looking everywhere to fix this I am still at a loss. Has anyone been able to sort this out???
