Edit Weight Based Shipping

Hello,
I hope this message finds you all well.
When I edit Weight Based Shipping I am only presented with Turkey as an area. I can't reach the rest of the world. Pls see the snapshot attached. The General tab is only for general configurations and there is nothing there to help.
I couldn't find a way to make the rest of the world to appear.
This is v2.0.11 Turkish version. Paypal Express Check out (all world zones active enabled). Store language English. Two languages are supported.

The tabs on the left in Weight Based Shipping are geo zones. You'll need to create one for each area you want to ship. If you want a "Rest of the World" zone, this means you'll need to create a geo zone that has all of these countries listed.

If you prefer not to take the time to do that, my Weight & Volume-Based Shipping extension has an "Everywhere Else" option, which can apply charges to every location not in any geo zone.
