Please help, admin side crash after extension install

Installed Ship200 Extension

By clicking 'Extensions>>Extension installer'
Ship200 then appeared in "Extensions>>Modifications"
I clicked the Refresh button on the modifications page.
The Ship200 is still listed there, it is NOT listed on my Modules page
And my biggest issue is when i go to my orders page I get
SERVER ERROR: 500

Please if you have any advice let me know, i need to be back up and running ASAP

also i should have posted that i am running opencart 2.0.2.0

Also on the Extension>>modifications page, if I "check" the box next to ship200 then click delete button nothing happens

Furthor details:
After uploading the Extension, and then trying to refresh the modification page, I got a huge long list of errors
starting with:
Warning: fopen(xxxxxx/system/modification/system/engine/action.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in

I opened admin/config and change the line:
define('DIR_MODIFICATION', 'xxxxxx/system/modification/');
TO
define('DIR_MODIFICATION', '/home2/fortiusa/public_html/store/system/modification/');
This allowed the refresh button to work (or at least it said it did)

But then my orders page, and individual order pages, disapeared

I changed it back to the xxxxx and i can now view my orders thank god.
Ship200 still does not appear in my modules list and i can not delete it from the modifications list
Any fixes?
