Hi, I am using OpenCart 2.0.3.1 and having some shipping issues. (www.JackPineGypsies.com/store)

We have multiple categories and all of them charge shipping correctly, except the T-shirt Category
I get this message: Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!

1) I've made sure all the weight and sizes are in Pounds and Inches (throught-out the whole store)
2) I added a tshirt into the Patches category and then it charges properly for shipping.
3) I made a new category "Clothing" and added in a t-shirt - back to 'no shipping options' message

In general I've been over all the different categories and the only difference is the names. All have the same options checked, etc.

Does any one have any ideas why my tshirt/clothing categories won't find the shipping options?
I'm not even sure if it's a tshirt problem or a category problem...

What shipping method are you using? It could be dependent on that.

If you have any shipping modifications (e.g. Restrict Shipping Methods) you should double-check your settings in those, since they could be affecting things.

If it's a non-standard shipping extension, you should contact the developer for support, since it's unlikely someone here will be able to assist you with it.

Our only shipping options are for USPS - and they work for all the other products. Snd just using the built in usps shipping mods I believe.
I can't see that we have any shipping restrictions setup anywhere. Looking deeper - but nothing I can see...

Are you sure your product is set to Require Shipping? And that it has a weight attached to it?

If so, I'm not sure. You may need to hire someone to take a look at your installation, to see if there's something wrong with that product, or if it's something else.

If you need to find a developer, I recommend you post a request in the OpenCart "Commercial Support" forum, which is checked by a number of OpenCart developers. You can also try checking out the OpenCart "Partners" area.

Thanks Johnathan, I disabled all the shipping methods... and then a few minutes later I put them all back in again - and now suddenly it all works. No idea what actually happened - but I won't complain - it's working again! :)
